Ordering
You may order from Quick Curves.com using one of three methods: online, telephone, or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays: Central time. You can mail a personal check along with your Name, Address, Telephone number, and what you would like to order to: Quick Curves, 554 Green Tree Cv., Ste 201, Collierville, TN 38017

Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To place an order with a credit card you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied, Quick Curves will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted, the order will be canceled.

Payment by Check
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected.

Shipping
We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly and correctly. Every order is inspected to ensure an accurate shipment. Should a shortage or unavailability of product cause an unexpected delay, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

International Shipping Policies
To insure that our customers get their orders in a timely fashion, we ship all International orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates.

Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.

Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order,  we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We are required by law to disclose the full amount of any package's contents, and we cannot alter this value. We cannot ship any product in an aerosol can, or any Rogaine brand products to International addresses.

Returns
Opened bottles of Quick Curves may be returned for a refund within 120 days of purchase.
Unopened bottles of Quick Curves may be returned for a refund at any time.

Holidays
Quick Curves will accept online orders, but is not open for business and will not ship orders on the following holidays:

• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• the day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• the day after Christmas
• New Year's Day

Privacy
Quick Curves respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site.
